Excellent location, very clean rooms, very friendly and attentive staff, lovely spa area with a fantastic steam sauna – this hotel comes highly recommended. We particularly enjoyed the extensive breakfast buffet, which you can enjoy until 1 pm (!!!).

Our stay at the Upstalsboom in Heringsdorf was a complete success and remains a fond memory. We were greeted with incredible hospitality as soon as we arrived – you feel welcome straight away.
We’d particularly like to highlight the whole team: the staff are consistently exceptionally friendly, attentive and warm. Pleasant conversations arise naturally, making the stay even more personal and enjoyable.
The hotel itself is also impressive in every way. Everything is very clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere is relaxed and upmarket. The location could hardly be better – situated right on the promenade, ideal for walks and for enjoying the surroundings. A real highlight is the breakfast: a wide selection, high quality and lovingly prepared – the perfect way to start the day.
We had a wonderful weekend and would love to come back. Highly recommended!
