Baltic Lights - The sled dog race for a good cause with 400 cute huskies and many celebrities.
The fascinating sled dog race with 500 huskies and lots of celebrities from film and television takes place every year between the Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck pier. In the evening, large "Biike fires" are lit on the beach. Those who would like to experience the dogs and their mushers up close have the opportunity to do so in the musher village on the sports field next to the Heringsdorf pier. Incidentally, many celebrities even take the reins themselves and take part in a charity race in aid of Welthungerhilfe.
