Every year, the Grand Schlemm is an enjoyable ten-course walk along the beach from Ahlbeck to the Bansin pier.
Every year in early summer, the Kaiserbäder invite you to a culinary beach walk. For the Grand Schlemm, the best chefs from Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf and Bansin put together a ten-course menu, which is served along the beach from the Ahlbeck pier to the Bansin pier at ten elegant gourmet stations. Naturally, we at Upstalsboom Heringsdorf will be providing one of these stations with our team.
