The Upstalsboom - Heringsdorf is located directly on the car-free beach promenade of Heringsdorf, just 30 metres from the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach.

From Berlin
Take the A11 towards Prenzlau and then the A20 towards Hamburg/Stralsund as far as the Pasewalk Süd exit, along the B109 towards Anklam. Then follow the signs to the island of Usedom. Once in Heringsdorf, please follow the hotel route E (red).

From Hamburg
Take the A20 towards Prenzlau as far as the Gützkow exit and follow the B111 via Wolgast to Ahlbeck. Once in Heringsdorf, please follow the hotel route E (red).

Please note the bridge opening times in Wolgast and in Anklam at the Zecherin bridge.

You can travel by train to Züssow. From there, the Usedomer Bäderbahn will take you to Heringsdorf. For more information or timetables, please contact Deutsche Bahn.
