The gourmets specialise in gastronomy
From breakfast to à la carte service in the evening, our restaurant and event catering specialists feel most at home in direct contact with guests. Their tasks also include the bar in our Luv & Lee bistro and room service. Pampering guests is a task close to their hearts.
Artists are the professionals in the kitchen
The chef's home is the kitchen. From the gardemanger (cold dishes) to the entremetier (side dishes), the saucier (meat and sauces), the patisserie (desserts) and the breakfast chef, they learn all the skills needed to enchant guests with culinary delights. An insight into service and purchasing is also part of the programme. Catering is a task close to their heart.
